FRENCH, LATE NINETEENTH CENTURY
Rectangular with sloping cover, the front enamelled with a scene of a lady walking in the line of a hose pipe, two gentlemen in the background, and the phrase, "J'te Parie Qu'elle A Des Bas Roses" (I bet you she is wearing pink tights), the reverse with a couple enjoying an aperitif, the cover with two medals denoting the Vienna Exposition -- 2 in. (5 cm.)
