A BRONZE CYLINDRICAL TRIPOD VESSEL AND COVER, ZUN
WESTERN HAN DYNASTY (206 BC-AD 8)
The wide round body is raised on three stylized animal-form feet and is flanked by animal-mask and ring handles. The slightly domed cover has three bird-form finials, and is decorated in the center with a calyx centered by a small ring handle. The bronze has a milky greyish-green patina.
