A slightly larger but stylistically comparable double-nozzle candlestick in the form of a landsknecht dated to the first half of the 16th century can be found in the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam (Kuile, Koper & Brons, Amsterdam, 1986, p. 78-9, no. 101).
