A Cantonese composite part tea set comprising eight plates, three saucers, a teapot and cover and cylindrical box and cover, variously painted with dignitaries and attendants in gardens and on terraces, panels of birds and butterflies among fruit and flower sprays on green gold scroll grounds and borders of bats, butterflies, precious objects and flowers -- the teapot 4½in.
