The arched molded hood surmounted by double urn-and-spire finials above a conforming dentiled frieze and contrasting rope-twist inlaid molding above an arched glazed door with patterned stringing opening to a white painted dial with Roman and Arabic chapter rings enclosing a sweeps seconds dial and calandar day aperture surmounted by a lunar dial, signed "Thomas Jones Strasburg, 1782" all over a waisted case with an arched and paneled cupboard door with contrasting rope-twist inlay flanked by similarly inlaid quarter columns above a bombe base embellished with similar inlay and applied base molding
