The broken swan's-neck pediment centering a reeded plinth above an arched glazed door revealing a white-painted dial face with Arabic and Roman numeral chapter rings enclosed by foliate-decorated spandrels surmounted by a paint-decorated moon dial with Arabic numeral chapter ring, flanked by fluted colonettes over a waisted case with a scroll-carved frieze above a rectangular door with shaped top and banding flanked by fluted quarter columns over a box base with banding and fluted chamfered sides above molding, on ogee bracket feet
