composed of a broad shoulder strap with pocketed pouch suspended below, appliqued in numerous shades of opaque and translucent beads, with a scrolling design of large-scale foliate elements on the strap, a spray of similar elements against a black velvet ground at the mid-section, and overlaying the pouch below, trimmed with a row of large blue globular beads and red wool tassels, backed with woven plaid cotton cloth and edged with blue binding tape
