Apparently unmarked, late 19th Century; the bowl marked 830 and T.H., possibly Germany, early 20th Century
The decanter with long tapering neck, silver handle decorated with scrolls and leaves, the helmet-shaped mount with domed hinged cover with shaped finial; the hammered circular dish on circular base, the bowl with plain rim and alternated beads
