The coffee set Cosmos pattern, comprising coffee pot, covered sugar bowl, cream jug and waste bowl, each with subtly hammered finish, slightly baluster, with fluted lower body, with reeded ivory handle with silver socket, the coffee pot with trifurcated beaded wirework upper join, with jutting spout, the partly fluted, detachable, cover topped by partly fluted ball finial--11in. (27.9cm.) high; together with a pair of Acorn Pattern sugar nippers; the oval tray with part incised rim, the two curved ivory handles with reeded tapering cylindrical sockets, length over handles--20in. (52cm.) long; the service--52oz. gross weight; the tray--64.5oz. gross weight; TOTAL gross weight 116.5oz. (6)
