the hull, built up in wood, and painted with a dark red bottom, black waterline and white topsides with portholes and an applied red sheerline and a painted mahogany cap rail, the decks planked and detailed with anchors, anchor windlass, chain, cleats, coils of rope, companionways, stove pipe, ventilators, skylights, binnacle, ship's wheel, life rings, four boats with davits, and figures on deck including sailors, women passengers, captain and owner. Rigged as a schooner, under full sail with standing and running rigging, jib, staysails, main and topsails all set and modeled with panels eams and other details. Along side is the steam yacht Rangeley underway with a camera man making a movie of Windward. Both models set in a glazed and paited sea within a mahogany wood framed glass display case.
