Circa 1700, marked for Gerrit Pieterszoon Kam at De Drie Vergulde Astonnekens
(Gembervaas) the ovoid vase decorated with panels depicting slender ladies (lange lijzen) at various pursuits on terrraces alternating floral panels enclosing an ogival cartouche depicting an Oriental near a tea kettle, the shoulders with floral medallions, the flat cover with upright sides decorated en suite
