The broken arched pediment surmounted by an urn issuing laurel swags, the breakfront case with a glazed featherbanded door flanked by pilasters with Corinthean capitals, enclosing a pair of finely engraved pewter register plates engraved with an oval inscribed BAROMETER/THERMOMETER/EN CONTRALEUR/DOOR/GEB BARZAGO/TE/ROTTERDAM with Rhenish and English scales, the cistern cover with canted fluted angles centred by a floral oval, minor replacements to the case
