A Dutch silver five-piece tea-service Maker's mark of Theodorus Gerardus Bentveld, Amsterdam, the teapot and tea-caddy 1837; the milk-jug 1838; the spoon-vase, spoons and sugar-tongs 1893; the sugar-bowl with indistinct date letter; a brazier, unmarked Comprising a teapot with wooden handle and griffin finial, on brazier on wooden stand; a tea-caddy and cover with griffin finial; a milk-jug with helmet spout; a sugar-bowl with overhead swing handle; and a spoon vase with a pair of sugar-tongs and twelve tea-spoons, each of compressed form with reeded borders, marked on base The teapot on stand 17.5 cm. high 2216 gr.
