On four scroll feet terminating in pilars, the sides of the rectangular box with various Italian miniatures, the hinged cover with Sandro Botticelli's Birth of Venus, the front side of Titian, Sacred and Profane Love, the back side of Leonardo da Vinci, Annunciation, wooden lining
