The linen-press was popular among the Dutch silver miniature toy manufacturers with examples known by Arnoldus van Geffen (Christie's, Amsterdam, 21 September 2010, lot 273); Jan Bonket (Christie's, Amsterdam, 22 September 2009, lot 334) and Abraham Effemans, (Christie's, Amsterdam, 10 December 2007, lot 113).
