Maker's mark of Jacques Tuillier, The Hague, 1719, the stand and bucket with maker's mark of Hendrik Priejé, Winschoten, 1879
The plain teakettle pear-shaped, engraved with a coat-of-arms, detachable domed cover with baluster finial, the part-wood hinged handle terminating in applied shields, the moulded curved spout with hinged cover, the stand on three moulded scroll feet, plain detachable burner, the plain bucket tapering hexagonal with two ball handles, in a carved oak stand on three foliage scroll feet, the openworked sides with grapes, flowers and foliage, with hinged reeded silver swing handle
