A FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLE
IMPERIAL, JINGDEZHEN KILNS, DAOGUANG FOUR-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The bottle is decorated on one side with a panel of three cockerels, one standing atop a blue rock, and on the reverse with a cicada pendent from hibiscus above begonia, the panels within gilt borders on a brown scroll-decorated lime-green ground.
2 ½ in. (6.4 cm.) high, pink glass stopper, metal spoon
