The molded overhanging cornice with outset square corners hung with spherules above a rectangular panel depicting a gilt-decorated spreadwinged eagle above the ship battle of the "Constitution" flanked by allegorical figures of Justice and Liberty over a rectangular glass enclosed by a gilded molded frame hung with spherules and outset square corner blocks, label on reverse inscribed "PETER GRINNELL AND SON, Main Street PROVIDENCE..."
