The blackcurrant-red field with delicate floral and leafy vine issuing polychrome palmettes around indigo medallion with palmette pendants containing similar design enclosing ivory floral centrepiece, stylised bold flowering vase together with arabesques in each corner, in an indigo border of polychrome palmettes, arabesques and flowering vine between ivory floral meander stripes, outer reciprocal skittle-pattern and plain stripes
