A fine silver-gilt and enamel vanity-mirror Mark of Fedor Afanassiev, silversmith for Fabergé, St. Petersburg, 1896-1908, with scratched inventory number 9310 and a indistinct scratched signature Oval shaped, the hinged oval plique-à-jour enamel cover in blue, grey and green and decorated with flowers and foliate ornaments, (oval cabochon centre stone lacking), the plain mount parcel-gilt (mirror lacking) on suspension loop, marked on body 6.6 cm. high 32 gr.
