A FINELY CARVED WHITE JADE RECTANGULAR PENDANT
18TH CENTURY
Finely carved in low relief on one side with a fruiting pomegranate branch and a spray of daylily, the reverse with a four-character inscription in seal script reading liukai baizi (pomegranate revealing one hundred sons), the top pierced for suspension and carved with archaistic angular scrolls which suspend tassels on the narrow sides, the translucent stone of even white tone
