The first with two-stage brass barrel engraved 'London' and struck with spurious Tower private proof marks and maker's initals 'IC' at the breech, engraved flat bevelled lock also engraved 'London', ebonised full stock, brass mounts including border engraved trigger-guard, and brass-tipped ramrod; the second with three-stage turn-off cannon barrels, engraved action numbered '1' and '2' at the breech, engraved trigger-guard, and figured swelling walnut butt (cracked and repaired, engraving refreshed)
