The slender inro decorated in gold takamaki-e and hiramaki-e and kirigane, and with soft-metal-inlaid figures in a ferry boat, the reverse with a continuation of the boat and boatmans and the river bank, the area of the sky kinji and the ground beneath the waves of the river nashiji, the interior nashiji and hirame; fitted with a coral bead ojime and an ivory netsuke of monkey and a dog playing on a ball, with signature Masatomo
