The circular white enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes signed JN BAPTISTE BAILLON, within a foliate scroll-cast drum, the twin barrels movement with silk suspension and countwheel strike on a bell, the movement signed to the reverse JB Baillon/Paris/No. 3290, with glazed pendulum viewing aperture, the bell inscribed B, supported by a foliate support issuing branches of flowers, on a foliate C-scroll base
20 in. (51 cm.) high, 11 in. (28 cm.) wide, 7½ in. (19 cm.) deep
