The stepped rectangular top centred by scrolling foliage, above four columns supporting a circular engine-turned Roman dial within a floral bezel, the twin-going barrel movement with outside countwheel strike on a bell and inscribed 24, the grid-iron pendulum cast with scrolling foliage, on a stepped plinth centred by a foliate scrolled mount on block feet, restorations
