The rectangular top with an ormolu bound edge above a paneled frieze and scrolled supports flanking a cast iron panel depicting Venus with an attendant Cupid, the side panels with ladies in Eighteenth century dress, on a paneled hearthstone, together with a while and grey veined marble fireplace surround, broken
