Renzo Mongiardino was a Milan-based architect who created spectacular atmospheric interiors. He had clients across the world, including New York, London, Rome and Paris, and has influenced many contemporary designers (see R. Mongiardino, Roomscapes: The Decorative Architecture of Renzo Mongiardino, 2001).
