The first cylindrical, the cobalt Limoges-type enamel body decorated in grisaille with classical figures, the silver mounts and hinged cover chased with flowers and foliage, the interior with glass stopper, apparently unmarked; the second in neoclassical style, the jasperware body of tapering oval form, with glass stopper underneath a silver-gilt cap, marked on cap neck with French guarantee marks
