The case of typical form with domed hood surmoutned by figural finials and with arched glazed door above the pierced backplate centred by a floral motif, the painted dial decorated with a townscape to the arch above, the chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, the five pillar movement with verge escapement, outside countwheel with a strike on a bell and alarm, the dial signed GL to the reverse
