A genealogy of the Safavid dynasty up to Sultan Muhammad Khudabanda, Ottoman Turkish manuscript in paper, 103ff. plus 2 fly-leaves, about half of the folios with 23ll. of black nasta'liq, important words and phrases picked out in red, catchwords, first half of the manuscript with roundels outlined in blue, green and red and containing names in black nasta'liq, further text surrounding the roundels and often formed into shaped panels, copious marginal repair, in black shagreen binding with stamped and gilt central medallion issuing pendants and similar spandrels, brown paper doublures
