The arms are for a Viscount Feilding, heir apparent to the Earl of Denbigh & Earl of Desmond. The shield of Feilding quartering Hapsburg is charged with the inescutcheon of another. It is borne on the breast of a double-headed eagle signifying the family's then claim to the dignity of Count of the Holy Roman Empire. This is ensigned by the coronet of a British viscount, the courtesy title accorded the heir apparent of the Earl of Desmond.
