Mark of Phillips Garden, London, 1753
Oblong and on four scroll bracket feet, the body elaborately cast and chased with a repeated scene of a young woman gathering tea in a landscape with an obelisk to the right, all within a border of strapwork, scalework, floral garlands, and stippling, with lion's pelt above, the sides each with a vacant cartouche, the hinged cover similarly decorated, with cast floral final and scroll thumbpiece, marked on base, also engraved with scratchweight '16=0'
