A GEORGE III CREAM-DECORATED GATELEG-ACTION GAMES TABLE OF LARGE-SCALE
CIRCA 1775
With baize-lined hinged demi-line top and arched frieze on square chamfered legs, with gate-leg action, the distressed beige painted surface with traces of original grained decoration beneath, the back left leg cut to receive a through tenon suggesting the gate-leg action was a change of heart at the time of construction
