The white enamel dial signed ARNOLD & SON LONDON 305 with Roman and Arabic chapter ring with outer concentric five minute dot markers, blued steel hands, subsidiary seconds ring at VI, the gilt full plate fully jewelled movement signed John Arnold & Son London Inv et Fect. No. 205/606 with dolphin-engraved and pierced balance cock, gold helical balance spring with terminal curves, bimetallic 'OZ' balance, Arnold spring detent escapement, the consular case with casemaker's mark IM for Jonah Mince (No. 8 Old Street), hallmarked London 1786
