Oval on four tab feet, with bright-cut border and central bracket handle, with two silver-mounted glass casters, three silver-mounted glass bottles and one silver-mounted glass mustard pot (now missing one cruet bottle), each side of frame engraved TPW, marked on handle, base, and silver mounts
