On a shaped square base and on four claw and ball feet with a openwork scrolling foliage border between, chased with scrolls and foliage, the detachable ovoid body chased with scrolls and foliage, the straight acanthus leaf-capped spigot with detachable bone tap, with two beaded scroll bracket handles, with detachable high domed cover with gadrooned border, similar chasing and with flame finial, the body engraved with two coats-of-arms accoll, the base with crest and motto, marked on base and urn
