Early 20th century
Of stepped serpentine form, the upper tier with horizontal rounded bar grating flanked by covered urn finial on pedestals, over a waved pierced fluted apron interspersed with paterae and flanked by larger covered urn finials on outset plinth bases and upturned leaf-cast baluster legs with squared feet, with the white chalk inscription F192
