Fluted baluster shaped and on shaped circular spreading foot, the body chased with a broad band of flowers and foliage on a matted ground, the leaf-capped scroll handle chased with foliage and with acanthus leaf terminals, with covered spout and hinged slightly domed cover chased with panels of flowers on a matted ground, with detachable rose finial, marked on base and cover, finial unmarked
