Rectangular, the base engine-turned, the cover chased in relief with scrollwork and a flowerhead, the grille similarly decorated -- 1½ in. (3.7 cm.); a shaped rectangular Victorian vinaigrette, the base and cover engraved with scrollwork, the grille pierced and engraved with scrolls, Edward Smith, Birmingham 1844 -- 1 3/8 in. (3.5 cm.); and two further vinaigrettes, John Bettridge and Edward Smith, Birmingham, 1824 and 1844 (4)
