The architectural case with obelisk finial, the front with twice 'XII' silvered dial with inner alarm, quarter dial below, steel hands, traces of enamel, the rear with quarter and hour dials; the movement with brass posted frame and wheelwork, gut fusee going and fixed barrels for the strike and quarters, with verge escapement, balance and foliot, striking two bells to the tower
