Nuremberg, circa 1590, mark of Peter Schutzing or Peter Sigmundt
On cast spreading circular foot pierced and chased with winged cherubim, demi-female figures and scrolls, the detachable stem applied with three scroll brackets, the lower part of the bowl chased with lobes and chased with stylised foliage between, engraved above the reeded band with birds and ribbon-tied foliage swags, marked on body, the stem and foot unmarked
