Modeled as the four-armed Avalokiteshvara and Tara standing adorned, on a kalasa base over a stepped plinth, with their upper arms raised supporting a waisted capital, wearing long flowing dhotis and richly adorned with beaded jewelry and foliate tiaras, the jewelry inset with hardstones and turquoise, richly gilt
