Of hammered sheet, with a wide flaring neck-guard, two pairs of raised parallel ridges running front to back across the crown, a horizontal ridge across the brow, a raised ridge around the perimeter with evenly-spaced bronze rivets along the edge, each cheek-guard perforated at the forward tip within the border, a single perforation centered at the front and one at the back, perhaps for attachment of a crest
