Lot Essay

Accompanied by Uhrenmuseum Glashütte Certificate dated 8 March 2002 and copies from the registers confirming sale of the present watch to Paul Schöneck, Zwickau, on 29 April 1907 for the amount of 1,340 Marks. Furthermore delivered with a later fitted presentation box, original certificate and spare crystal.

The particularity of the present watch is its 17 lignes movement: according to literature, this calibre was used for only 31 watches amongst the some 350 repeaters made by A. Lange & Söhne.
