Dresden, the capital city of Saxony in Germany, is a cradle of German fine watchmaking. In order to commemorate the city's 800th anniversary, A. Lange & Söhne manufactured 8 unique watch sets named 800 Jahre Dresden. Each set consists of a Lange 1 Moonphases wristwatch and a 1815 Chronograph wristwatch.
