A LARGE BLUE AND WHITE 'PEONY' DISH
MING DYNASTY, 15TH CENTURY
The interior of the dish is decorated with four large central peony blooms and leafy sprays encircled by a further band of continuous scrolling foliate peony blooms to the rim.
19 ½ in. (49.5 cm.) diam.
