of printed brick, stone and slate papers on wood, of two stories with basement, attic, balconies, widow's walk, dormer window to the side, pillard verandahs with balustrading and front steps, opening at the front to reveal four rooms with staircase and landing, original kitchen, fire surround and dresser, interior doors and some original floor paper, 1890s --39in. (99cm.) high x 37in. (94cm.) wide x 23in. (58.5cm.) deep (later wired for electricity, restored with some original details remaining)
