The body tapering out to a flat base, with wide offset rim and twin vestigial lug handles
11½ in. (29.2 cm.) high

Reputedly once in the collection of the Austrian Imperial Family.

Dr. Rudolf Schmidt (1900-1970) collection, Solothurn, acquired 23rd November 1953 in New York; thence by descent to the present owner.
