CIRCA 1000-800 B.C.
With central shaft hole, the tapered pick set horizontally opposite the vertical axe blade with downward curving edge

Provenance
Formerly in the Dubiner collection; the Canadian, Sam Dubiner, lived in Israel and formed a collection of mainly ancient Persian ceramics between 1954-1958.
