The rounded rectangular brèche d'Alep marble top above two tambour shutters inlaid with a herring-bone pattern, the upper part with a simulated frieze and enclosing a fitted interior with six fruitwood drawers, the lower part with a conforming interior with five drawers, on a plinth base, stamped 'J.F. OEBEN' and 'JME' twice
